SUMMER SCHEDULE CONTINUES...
One of the great things about the Bible is that it presents people's stories as they really are -- the goodand the not so good.  Sort of sounds like our lives when Jesus gets a hold of us and begins His good work. We hope you'll find some things you can relate to as we tell some "people" stories from the Bible this summer.
 

August 24
10:00 AM – “Really Great Stories”
Part 7 - "Some Baptism Stories" (Charlie Mashinter speaking)


6:00 PM - Outdoor Baptism Service

at John & Luella Gilmore's Pool (Perry Road - Wainfleet)
We’ll celebrate with those taking this important step of faith. Afterwards we’ll have a fellowship campfire. Bring lawn chairs and stuff (hot dogs, marshmallows, pie irons, smores, etc) to cook on the campfire. We’ll provide refreshments. In case of rain this event will be held September 21st.

People - like cars - come in all shapes and sizes. We are so different. Yet one thing we have in common is our need to connect. Getting "connected" is what small groups are all about. We're looking forward to the start of small groups again this September. 

Small groups are settings to make friends and find community beyond larger group gatherings. If you're interested fill out a card in the church or call or e-mail Pastor Charlie and we'll do our best to get you "connected" for the new fall season of small groups.

Next small group night ... September 14, 2008.... see you then!
